Teachers' Appreciation

"If you have to put someone on a pedestal, put teachers. They are society’s heroes.”

Teachers have an influencing role in the life of every student. They are like beacons of light, guiding us in the formative years of our life. Teachers mould us and in the process and shape our future. What we learn from our teachers remains with us, throughout our life. However, very often, we fail to show our appreciation and gratitude for their altruistic devotion. Teachers do need encouragement and support from the community to feel that their efforts are being recognized. To serve the purpose, Interact club of AGDAV centenary  public school  felicitated the Gurus  in a special assembly on 5 September 2017 on the occasion of Teachers' Day by presenting them with flowers and cards which were not purchased from market but prepared by the interact club members. Interactors thanked the teachers for providing them their invaluable guidance. Interactor Ujjwal Singh expressed his gratitude to the teaching fraternity with a beautiful self composed poem.
